Black Pro Sauna

Relax® Black Pro Far Infrared Sauna

A portable, one-person sauna built to hit therapeutic sweat in minutes.

This sauna uses Relax's patented dual FIR semiconductor system, delivering near-pure far infrared energy in the 7,000–14,000nm range, the same medical-grade technology behind the FDA-certified Sky Eye Radiator. The Black Pro's thicker, silver-lined nylon interior reflects more of that far infrared energy back into the chamber than the standard model, cutting a typical 20-minute session down to about 17 minutes. It sets up and folds down in minutes, weighs about 33 lbs, and runs on a standard outlet, so it works as well in a bedroom as it does packed for travel. Most users start sweating within about 8 minutes, compared to roughly 18 in other portable infrared saunas.

Why it works: Far infrared energy penetrates directly into tissue and generates heat at the cellular level, rather than just heating the air around you the way a traditional sauna does. That deeper penetration is what drives faster sweating, increased circulation, and the muscle recovery and detox benefits people use infrared therapy for, without the high ambient heat that makes traditional saunas hard to sit through. The Black Pro's upgraded insulation means more of that energy stays in the chamber and reaches the body instead of escaping through the tent, which is what shortens session time without reducing the effect.

How to use it:

1. Set up the sauna and plug it into a standard outlet.
2. Sit inside, keeping the neck opening closed around you to retain heat.
3. Run a session of 20 minutes or less.
4. Use consistently, two to three times a week, for cumulative circulation and recovery benefits.

The worth//vitality promise

We chose this sauna because the reflective interior and patented semiconductor system genuinely shorten session time without cutting the effect short, real engineering, not just a stronger heater. Reaching a sweat in 8 minutes instead of 18, in something portable enough to set up in a hotel room, is what earns a piece of recovery equipment like this its place in the lineup.
